Users can photograph or select images of natural objects (plants, insects, rocks, etc.) to generate AI-powered characters with unique personalities for educational conversations.

Eligibility and Account Requirements

• One account per user; sharing accounts is prohibited

Acceptable Use

You MAY:

• Use the Service for educational and personal purposes
• Photograph natural objects and items appropriate for children
• Engage in conversations with AI characters
• Share experiences with family and friends (respecting others' privacy)

You MAY NOT:

• Photograph inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
• Upload or create content that violates laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Attempt to access unauthorized areas of the Service

Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content:

• You retain rights to photos you upload
• By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your photos for character generation
• You're responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload any content
• We may remove content that violates these Terms

Our Content:

• The Naturely app, AI-generated characters, conversations, and all related content are our intellectual property
• You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
• All trademarks and service marks are owned by their respective owners

AI-Generated Content

• AI-generated personalities and conversations are created automatically
• We strive for educational accuracy but cannot guarantee all AI responses are factually correct
• AI characters are fictional and created for educational entertainment
• Parents should review conversations with children
• We are not responsible for decisions made based solely on AI-generated content

Privacy and Data Use

• Your privacy is important to us - please review our Privacy Policy
• Audio recordings are automatically deleted after 14 days
• Conversation transcripts are used to improve the educational experience
• We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising
• Analytics help us improve the Service but are aggregated and anonymized

Subscription and Payment Terms

Parental Responsibility

Parents and guardians are responsible for:

Termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time
• We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations
